Shipping policy

Shipping Overview

Due to the time-sensitive nature of dry ice, we take extra care in packaging and shipping to help ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. Dry ice naturally sublimates (turns from solid to gas) over time, and some loss during transit is expected. Due to the sublimation rate we CANNOT ship orders of 15 lbs or less to zone 2.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed same day, if placed by 3pm EST. Orders placed after 3pm EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Methods

We ship using expedited services to minimize transit time. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Delivery & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order upon delivery
  • We recommend opening and using your dry ice as soon as possible after arrival
  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer

Dry ice should be handled with care and stored in a well-ventilated area.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Because dry ice is perishable, delays may impact the amount remaining upon arrival.


Geographic Restrictions

We currently ship to specific UPS Ground shipping zone (1 and 2). We do not ship to P.O. boxes.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
