By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Nature & Handling

Dry ice is solid carbon dioxide and is an extremely cold, temperature-sensitive material that continuously sublimates (turns from solid to gas) over time. By purchasing from this site, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with handling and storing dry ice.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Handling dry ice with appropriate protective equipment (e.g., gloves, eye protection, etc)
  • Storing dry ice in well-ventilated areas
  • Using dry ice safely and for lawful purposes only

We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper handling, storage, or use.

2. All Sales Final

Due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of dry ice, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

We make every effort to package and ship your order to maintain product integrity during transit. However, sublimation is a natural and unavoidable process, and some loss of weight during shipping is expected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Dry ice is highly time-sensitive. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery upon arrival
  • Once an order is delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer

We recommend using dry ice as soon as possible upon delivery to minimize loss.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.

Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

6. Age Requirement

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
